If you request a refund, we will credit your account for the purchase price (excluding delivery) once you have returned the item in its original condition and agreed to the terms and conditions. After you return the item(s) to us, you will receive a refund within 10 days.

Make sure to include your invoice number, as well as product information and whether you wish to exchange or return the item.
Once you receive an RMA (through email), simply pack the item in a box, label it with the RMA number, and return it to us.

Once the returned merchandise is received at our warehouse, a credit will be issued.
In the event of an exchange, you will need to place a new order because we do not provide direct replacements.
